Most of our investment and involvement opportunities are in various stages of planning and implementation. The ones listed below are classified under two categories.

1. Projects that are "Underway" are currently viable, operational, and already accepting input. More details can easily be provided.
   
   

   Microfinance Funding:

   • Provide loans to our small and medium enterprise fund, and you are immediately having an impact. Interest and principal are paid based on your funding level.

   Manufacturing of Windows and Doors:

   • As a specific business development project, we need expertise, financing, and potential US-based distributors for a medium-size experienced business in Moldova. Terms depending on involvement.

   Business Trainers:

   • Volunteer three to seven days of your time to provide high quality training to small and medium business clients. Currently no direct compensation will be paid, although some in-country expenses and arrangements will be covered.
   • Any business related topic is needed, such as finance, marketing, human resource management, leadership, etc. Industry-specific expertise is also highly sought, such as agriculture, manufacturing, construction, etc.

2. Projects that are "Under Exploration" are not yet operational, and we gladly accept inquiries from interested parties to help develop them. Fewer details can be provided up front.
   
   

   Investment in Fast-Growth Fuel Trees:

   • An opportunity exists in rural Moldova for the cultivation of fast-growth trees which can be used as fuel across the country. Initial calculations show a breakeven point in Year 2, and sustainable profits for the following 13 years until replanting in required.

   Investment in Multi-Purpose Vehicle Production:

   • An opportunity exists, including substantial research and numerous samples produced, to establish a new manifacturing plant for multi-purpose vehicles in West Africa. Pilot projects have shown these vehicles to be cost effective and popular with the local population, while remaining profitable for the producer.
